主持国家级项目5项，其中国家自然科学基金4项；省部级项目1项。以第一作者和通讯作者在《Horiticulture research》《Theoretical and Applied Genetics》等主流期刊发表学术论文16余篇，其中SCI 8篇，中文核心8篇，CSCD6篇。授权发明专利1项，鉴定科研成果1个。获青海省自然科学优秀学术论文奖奖励3项。
