高寒地区乡土禾草内生真菌资源发掘与利用、根寄生植物生理生态特征及对草地生态系统调控机制、高寒地区毒害草防控技术、内生真菌、根寄生植物和宿主（寄主）间互作机制。

主讲研究生《草地有害生物综合防控》，《草坪科学与技术》等课程，参编《生化实验手册》国家级规划教材1部。

四、科研情况

主持国家级项目4项，其中国家自然科学基金4项；省部级3项目3项。以第一作者和通讯作者在《Plant Soil》、《Microbial Ecology》等主流期刊发表学术论文38篇，其中SCI 14篇，中文核心23篇，CSCD 23篇。育成2个品种，授权发明和实用新型专利各2项，鉴定科研成果6个，制定标准3项。获青海省科技进步奖奖励1项。
