一、主要研究方向

长期从事高原植物复杂性状的驯化与适应机制研究，有“高原植物生理生态”、“高原植物复杂性状的驯化机制”和“抗逆植物分子生物学”3个研究方向，同时针对高原特色作物-青稞风味开展多组学研究。

主讲本科生《分子生物学》，《生物信息学》等课程；研究生《生物信息学》等课程。主持校级教改项目8项。第一作者发表教改论文3篇，指导大学生参与第五届“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛获奖1项。

四、科研情况

主持和参与国家级项目6项，其中主持国家自然科学基金2项；省部级项目14项。以第一作者和通讯作者在《Horticulture Research》《Food Chem X》等主流期刊发表学术论文80余余篇，其中SCI 10余篇，CSCD 30余篇。
